(Voice 1) Howdy pokes! My name is Brody Marschall, (Voice 2) and my name is Spencer Loeffler.
Spencer: We hope everyone’s doing well! We’re almost to Thanksgiving break!
Brody: In this podcast, we will discuss updates and events happening on campus for this month!
First things first academic news.
If you have yet to enroll for the 2025 Spring semester, be sure to look at the enrollment dates to ensure you get into the classes you want.
Us students finally get a break this month.
There will be no classes from the 25th to the 29th for the combined fall break and Thanksgiving break. That means we will have 9 days with no classes, if you count the weekends!
Spencer: Let’s check out the arts scene at OSU this month…
McKnight Center & GSM events
TINA- The Tina Turner Musical is coming to the McKnight Center! Featuring the amazing music of the Queen of Rock and Roll herself, this massive Broadway musical is not one to miss. Get your tickets now to see this amazing show on November 6th and 7th at 7:30!
We also have a number of musicians coming to McKnight, including Esperanza Spalding on Friday the 15th, Craig Taborn on Tuesday, November 19th, and country superstar Vince Gill is coming to the McKnight Center on November 22nd at 7:30!
There are TONS of Greenwood School of Music events going this month. Be sure to check the McKnight Center for more info!
OSU Theatre
OSU continues this year’s theatrical season with the hilarious play The Servant of Two Masters by Carlo Goldoni! This Italian comedy is not a play to miss! Come see it in the Vivia Locke Theater at the Seretean Center from November 15-17!
Also, come see TCO’s Freshman Showcase! Many freshman, including myself, are showcasing their musical and theatrical talents in the Davis studio on the second floor of Gundesen Hall on November 22nd at 7:30! It’s gonna be a lot of fun!

Brody: Lastly, like always, our sports team have another busy month.
Cowgirl equestrian has 4 competitions, 2 being in Stillwater.
Cowboy football has 4 games, 2 being at boone-pickens, with homecoming being this month.
Cowboy basketball has 6 games, 3 of them at Gallagher-Iba. Cowgirl basketball has 8 games, 6 of them being at Gallagher-Iba.
Very busy month for tennis, as the Cowboys wrap up their season with 4 tournaments. Including the NCAA Championship in Waco, Texas.
While, Cowgirl tennis wrap up a tournament at the beginning of the month, with 3 additional tournaments.
Cowgirl soccer has a tournament from the beginning of the month through the 9th, and 3 additional tournaments.
Cowboy wrestling stats their season on the 22nd and have another match on the 24th both in Gallagher-Iba.
And last, but definitely not least, Cross Country has 3 races, including the Big 12 Cross Country championships.
