Teagan: These are some updates and events happening on campus you should know about for March!

As many of you know, Spring Break is March 17th through the 23rd, so get your flights booked and your trips planned as that is rapidly approaching.
On March 5th from 10:30 to 1:00 the Health, Vet, and Law Career Fair will be taking place at the Student Union Ballroom. Be sure to download the Career Fair Plus app in order to view employer listings and real-time announcements.
On Monday, March 24, join financial planning coaches to learn how to build credit and prevent identity fraud in the Student Union room 408.

Charles: The University Store’s annual ‘Spring Broke Sale’ will be going on from the 3rd through the 14th. Go ahead and stop by the Union for up to 75% off of clearance merchandise.
Along with that, The Mcknight Center’s annual Chamber Music will be wowing audiences on March 1, starting at 7:30.
The Museum of Art is featuring an exhibition of the illustrations and art of Ralph Steadman, famed for providing the illustrations of Hunter S. Thompson’s Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas and other major titles. The exhibit will be running through all of March, April, and some of May. Some museum patrons are calling it the best show in the museum’s history. Don’t miss this unique opportunity! Freely available for all OSU students. On March 25, go play some Cornhole and Stickball at Life Sciences East Lawn from 2-4 pm to celebrate Native American Awareness Week. And head back at 5 pm on the 26th for Native Tree Planting.

Teagan: Now, onto our sports news… Cowboy Baseball has seventeen (17) games this month. Cowboy Basketball, ten (10) games this month, with many of the major tournaments happening. Cowgirl Basketball has the big 12 championship on March 12th. Cowgirl Softball has 10 games this month as well.
Cowboy Wrestling: finished the regular season on Sunday and are now preparing for the Big 12 championship on March 8th and 9th in Tulsa, along with the NCAA championship on March 20th.

Teagan: On Thursday, March 6th, from 7:30 to 10:30, head to the Colvin for Coffee and Climbing for free coffee and a chance to scale the rock wall. And later that day, from 6 to 8, there will be a Talent Show in the Student Union Theatre.
On March 12, the Student Union will be hosting a Casino Night from 6-8. Finger foods and mocktails will be provided.
Charles: If you happen to be in Stillwater the weekend after the start of Spring Break, go Downtown to check out The Mid South, hosted by District Bicycles at 7th and Husband. Thousands of people from around the country and world will be descending on Stillwater over the course of the week to celebrate community and country roads leading up to the ultra-endurance running and bike races and community rides. The 50k foot race starts Friday, March 14, followed by the 100 mile dirt road bike race the next day. [harmonic music plays]
