(Voice 1) Howdy pokes! Welcome Back to Stuff OSU Should Know, Your monthly campus rundown.  (Voice 2) I’m Paige. (Voice 1) and I’m Jennah. November’s here, and with it comes Native American Heritage Month, fall festivals, and a whole lot of Cowboy and Cowgirl sports. Let’s jump right in.

Paige: Let’s start with academics—because we’re officially in the home stretch of the semester.

Just as a heads up—Friday, November 7th is the Drop and Withdrawal Deadline.

Study and Snacks continues every Tuesday through Thursday from 4:30 to 8 PM in Ag Hall Room 101—snacks, study space, and stress relief all in one.

Study @ Spears happens Tuesday, November 4th, and again on the 18th from 4:30 to 8 PM.

Following Thanksgiving break, we will have dead week and then finals week before heading into Christmas break, so make sure you are staying on top of your studies.

Jennah:  Now on to arts and culture—it’s a packed month across campus!

The OSU Jazz Orchestra performs November 3rd from 7:30 to 9:30 PM at the McKnight Center.

At the OSU Museum of Art, check out the Cimarron National Works on Paper [00:01:00] and Step Across This Line exhibitions, open November 1st and 4th-7th from 11 AM to 4 PM.

November also celebrates Native American Heritage Month, and you won’t want to miss the 54th Annual OSU NASA Powwow on November 8th, hosted by the Native American Student Association and the Center for Sovereign Nations.

Then on November 15th, grab your costume for Cowboy Con—a free fandom event from 5 to 9 PM in the Student Union Ballroom featuring cosplay, vendors, and a Super Smash Bros tournament.

Round out the month with the 24th Annual Harvest Moon Festival on November 16th from 5 to 7:30 PM at the Wes Watkins Center.

And for theatre lovers, catch Urinetown: The Musical November 22nd at 2 PM and 7:30 PM, and again November 23rd at 2 PM in the Seretean Center.

Paige:  Alright sports fans, get ready—November’s schedule is loaded.

Cowboy Football takes on Kansas State on November 15th and Iowa State on November 29th, both at home. They also have an away game against University of Central Florida [00:02:00] on November 22nd!

Cowboy and Cowgirl Basketball has a packed November lineup with many home games, so check your athletics calendar!

Cowboy Tennis hosts the Cowboy Classic November 7–8

Cowboy Wrestling faces Stanford at home November 7th.

Cowgirl Equestrian competes against Baylor on November 7th.

And Cross Country & Track head to the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships on November 14th—good luck to our runners!

Jennah:  It’s a busy month for sure—but remember to take time to celebrate, relax, and support your fellow Pokes.

Paige: And don’t forget—Thanksgiving Break is coming soon. Power through those projects, so that you can relax on your break, the 24th through the 28th!
